How many hours cleaning should I book?
Standard Weekly or Fortnightly Cleaning is competitively priced at £24.00 per hour.
Monthly/Ad-hoc Standard Cleaning is priced at £26.00 per hour.
Deep Cleaning is priced from £28.00 per hour.
A free Pre-clean visit and Professional Cleaning Products are included.
We do not charge VAT.

This greatly depends on the size and condition of your home, the tasks you would like to be carried out, the level of cleanliness you require and also your budget for cleaning. You may have a set number of hours in mind or you may have specific tasks that you would always like completed. When we meet you at your pre-clean visit we can as
This greatly depends on the size and condition of your home, the tasks you would like to be carried out, the level of cleanliness you require and also your budget for cleaning. You may have a set number of hours in mind or you may have specific tasks that you would always like completed. When we meet you at your pre-clean visit we can assess and discuss your exact requirements, priorities and tailor a plan to suit you. We do have a minimum booking of 2 hours per session.

Yes, if you are booking a regular service we assign a carefully selected member of our team to take care of you and your property. Holiday cover may also be available with another member of the team if required and subject to availability.

Clients do not need to be at home during cleaning sessions, some of our clients are out at work and some of our clients are at home. Our main concern is that you are comfortable and happy with any arrangements made. Our team are happy to unlock, disarm any alarms and secure your home once your cleaning session is complete if required. All

Our main concern is that you are comfortable and happy with any arrangements made. Our team are happy to unlock, disarm any alarms and secure your home once your cleaning session is complete if required. All of our team hold DBS certificates, complete a key holder form and follow our key safety protocol. We hold some of our clients keys and sometimes access keys via a Key Safe. We can also supply and fit Key Safes if required.

We are pet friendly! Pets are a part of the family. During your service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.
Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. We are happy to let them out for comfort breaks too if required

We hold a specialist cleaning policy and are fully insured for your piece of mind, this includes public liability and employers liability

Payment for your cleaning sessions needs to be paid directly to Renaut's Cleaning Services. We ask for payment to be made to us either on or before the date of your booking via monthly invoice, bank transfer or standing order.
